Accreditation desk opening hours:
- Friday, 6 June: 14.00 - 20.00
- Saturday, 7 June: 08.00 - 20.00
- Sunday, 8 June: 06.30 - 13.00
The badge must be collected in person at the accreditation desk, upon presentation of your passport.
By rail
If you are traveling by train, you should get off at Monaco Monte-Carlo station. Then use the exit Port Hercule to reach either the Auditorium Rainier III (15 minutes walk) or the Grimaldi Forum (25 minutes).

By road
Using the motorway system, it is possible to cover the 22 kilometers from Nice Airport to the Principality of Monaco in under 30 minutes. Monaco is connected to France by national roads.
- Exit 56 for Monaco if travelling from France towards Italy
- Exit 58 for Roquebrune Cap Martin if travelling from Italy towards France
Kindly note that the Viaduc and Grimaldi Forum car parks will be closed during the Blue Economy and Finance Forum.
By helicopter
Monaco Heliport, in the Fontvieille district, links the Principality with Nice-Côte d’Azur International Airport in just 7 minutes. Blade, the sole Monegasque operator, provides a regular service between MONACO and NICE with departures every 15 minutes.
In Monaco, there is a free shuttle bus service, including return transfers between your home (or hotel or company) and Monaco Heliport and your final destination, with direct access to the departure lounges.
Please note that no taxi from/to airport, train station, hotel, convention center and no helicopter expenses will be reimbursed for this event.
Getting around by foot
Walking is the best way to explore Monaco. There are numerous public lifts and escalators, allowing you to reach each district within minutes. It takes just 45 minutes to cross Monaco from east to west on foot. Everything in the Principality is quite literally within walking distance!
Getting around by bicycle - Monabike
MonaBike, is an automated network of electric bicycle stations.
The service is open to subscribers and occasional users, aged 14 and over.
Getting around by electric vehicle
Mobee is a car-sharing service operating on a free-floating model. Users can pick up a vehicle and leave it at any suitable location within the Principality. The service is available to both residents and visitors.
With the Mobee mobile app, subscribers can locate and access the nearest available vehicle at any time. Vehicles can be returned to any appropriate location in Monaco, including designated on-street parking spaces for cars and bikes, or in participating public car parks. Charging is supported at over 450 terminals located in public parking facilities throughout the Principality.
Getting around by taxi
The Monaco Taxi Association operates 12 stations and 10 terminals, which you can use to call for a taxi, located throughout the Principality.
